The storm gathers force and starts pounding anything in it's path as it moves East, but this westbound coal train is almost through the back side of the storm.
You can see the beginning of a pretty bad storm that hit the area. I saw about 10 or so coal trains parked head to tail on the main for storage. I believe they have been backed up due to the flood... (more)
